- “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refers to Shri Tantra Sangha, operating out of New Delhi, India.
- “Services” refers to online consultations, tarot readings, astrology analysis, energy healing, and related digital content provided via our website or mobile app.
2. Nature of Services & Scope
- Spiritual & Educational Purpose: All guidance provided during tarot readings, astrology analysis, or energy healing sessions is intended strictly for personal self-development, spiritual insight, and educational purposes.
- No Professional Advice: Our services do not substitute or replace professional medical, legal, psychological, financial, or business advice. Clients must consult qualified professionals for critical life decisions.
3. Eligibility, Age Requirement & User Conduct
- Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, book a consultation, or use the Shri Tantra Sangha platform.
- Prohibited Topics & Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session immediately without refund if a client exhibits abusive or harassing behavior, or requests insights on prohibited or harmful topics (e.g., medical diagnoses, gambling, illegal activities).
4. Account Security, False Bookings & Inactivity
- Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- False Bookings Policy: Attempting fraudulent orders, spam bookings, or placing 3 to 5 false or unauthorized bookings within a month will result in the immediate suspension or permanent deletion of your account.
- Account Inactivity: To maintain platform security, accounts that remain inactive or unlogged-in for a period exceeding 60 consecutive days may be purged and permanently deleted from our active database.
5. Bookings, Payments & Deliverables
- Data Accuracy: Clients must provide accurate birth details (Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth) at the time of booking to ensure precise chart analysis.
- Secure Payments: Consultation slots are confirmed and reserved upon successful payment processed through our authorized secure third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay).
- Dashboard Access: Live session links and consultation trackers will unlock inside your Client Dashboard prior to your scheduled appointment time.
6. Refund, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your consultation up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled time slot directly through your Client Dashboard.
- Company Cancellations: If a session is cancelled by Shri Tantra Sangha due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- No-Show Policy: If a client fails to join the scheduled consultation without prior 12-hour notice, the booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Shri Tantra Sangha and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website and app. All rights are reserved. You may access this content for your personal, non-commercial use subject to the following restrictions:- You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute material from Shri Tantra Sangha without explicit written consent.
8. User Content and Comments
